At ValueOils we suggest that you order the amount of oil within your budget, this can be easily done using our'Quick Quote' generator on our homepage, you can enter the max amount you wish to spend and the oil quantity will be tailored to that amount. We will never overfill your tank, if in the event of you needing less oil than you have ordered we will make amendments to your or and refund the excess amount of money onto your debit or credit card.
We will never overfill your tank or exceed your order amount. If you order too much we will simply reduce the order bill and order size to the correct amount after the delivery is complete.
The terms and conditions of every sale at ValueOils.ie can be viewed at the bottom of our homepage by clicking on the Terms and Conditions link.
We do not offer a monthly Direct Debit schemes. However we do offer a pre-payment scheme, this allows you to make payments into an account in advance, build up credit and use the balance against your next bill. Kind of like a savings account for your heating oil.
Standard heating Oil can be used in this case, we also offer 'Eco Heat' which may be a better option as it has a number of benefits to your heating oil system.

Our drivers have a hose 45metres long with their tankers.
We can top up your heating oil tank however, if you are unsure as to how much to order we recommend that you order the maximum that your tank holds and our driver will fill up your tank accordingly. Our driver will then confirm with us how much your tank holds and we will adjust your price pro rata and make a direct refund onto the card you have paid with.
There does not need to be anyone home to receive your delivery, as your card payment is reserved.
If you will not be home during the delivery times please leave any instructions for our driver with the ValueOils.ie team.
At ValueOils.ie we try to ensure that our quantities are correct using a meter on the tanker.
Our meters are set, sealed, and checked before approval by Trading Standards in the same way as a petrol pump on a forecourt.
There is also a delivery ticket generated that will record the appropriate meter readings including the quantity dispensed through the meter and the start and end times of the delivery.

6-wheeler Approx 8.5m long, 3.5m high & 2.5m wide 4-wheeler Approx 7m long, 3.3m high & 2.4m wide Mini tanker Approx 6.1m long,2.6m high & 2.2m wide
The 6 wheel tanker is the standard size of vehicle. Where access is restricted, you may need to request a 4-wheeler or mini tanker. These can be selected on the first stage of the order process if they are available in your area. They are normally required where access is limited / restricted eg: narrow streets with cars parked at both sides, narrow country lanes or roads with weight restrictions or low bridges and when it is necessary to enter onto a driveway to effect the delivery.

Whenever you place your order just be sure to enter the delivery address of your friend or relative. However, please ensure that your billing address is your address or the address your bank or credit card is under. Your friend or relative is very fortunate to have a companion like you!!
Whilst getting a quote and placing your order, please use the address for the actual delivery address, rather than your normal home address (if they differ). This is very important as the oil price is based on the delivery area. You will be asked to enter both a delivery address and a billing address. For most people these will usually be the same, but when ordering for someone else, or for a holiday home, they are likely to be different. The billing address must always match the credit/debit card used to pay for the order.
Payment
We do not offer credit terms here at ValueOils. However, we do offer a pre-payment scheme where our customers can budget for their next oil bill.
However, it might be worth mentioning that our competitors may charge extra if you do not pay within 14days after the Oil has been delivered.

We would like to highlight that some competitors may add on a charge if you do not make the payment within 14 days of delivery.
We aim to provide competitive rates to our customers with our pre-payment scheme and our debit card payments.
At ValueOils we use card pre-authorisation, this means that we put a temporary hold on the funds from your back account or credit balance.
At the time of placing your order, the "available balance" on your bank account will be reduced by the "pending transaction value". Once delivery has been completed and confirmed, the funds will be taken permanently.
We are an online business, we cannot accept cash payments, all payments must be made through our team or on our website. We cannot take cheques or oil stamps.
Yes, we charge 1.93% of the transaction value for credit cards (Visa Credit, MasterCard). We do not profit from these charges it is charge by our merchant service provider. However, we do not charge for debit card transactions which may be a better option.
If you would like to change the amount you are paying on our Pre-Payment scheme, call a member of the ValueOils team we will be more than happy to help.
To change the date your payment is taken simply log-in to your account and click 'Prepay Scheme' you will then be able to change the date your payment is taken here.

If your bank has issued you a new card you will need to set it up, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at ValueOils.ie
2. Click on the My Account button at the top RHS of the screen
3. Click on Prepay Scheme in the grey bar.
4. Here you will be able to cancel the old payment.
5. You can then click on the ‘Continue’ button to set up your new card – please note that a payment will be taken immediately and then payments will repeat on the date that you select.

If you look at the card you are paying with it should indicate wither it is a MasterCard or Debit card. Your debit card is when the money is taken directly from your account, these can be referred to as Switch, Maestro, Visa Debit and Electron. Credit cards are usually Visa or MasterCard.
